The Full Story

A child of the early 80s quiet likely that one of the few last generations who played out, called on friends, played tig, bulldogs and enjoyed playing on BMX's.

Making a call from the local phone box or nearest payphone never really looking back seemed a hassle or problem.

​

been the step son of a English teacher, also been away at one of the country's famous boarding schools, it's history for poets and with Russel Hartie a former teacher, English literature couldn't be escaped.

If the seven day working week and the long exeat's which only came around every 3rd weekend and further English at home was a regular necessity my stepdad insisted on, it was only a good thing that the arts and in particular writing was something that I enjoyed.

Coupled with the cultured environments growing up and this education and influence my writing began here at 9 years of age.
